Carlos Raposo Ideal Red 2022, 75cl
The grapes that make up this wine are from the Senhorim sub-region, where the vines are between 30 and 60 years old, mostly single-varietal vines, typical of the Dão region, such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen.
Beautiful ruby colour, with good concentration.
The aroma is young, rich and complex with notes of black pepper combined with red and wild fruits, including raspberry and cherry.
The wood is well combined with some smoky notes.
It also shows mineral aromas of wet stone.
In the mouth it has strength and nerve, it is complex and has a good structure. However, it is fine and elegant.
Very well integrated tannins, with good acidity that gives it a long and very pleasant finish and suggests good evolution in the bottle.
